SOFTENING SYSTEMS
Undissolved calcium and magnesium minerals in water cause permanent hardness (limescale). Hard water, when consumed, is not only harmful to your health because it can cause gastrointestinal and skin problems, but also can cause blockages in plumbing and appliances, severe damage to systems due to limescale, and even excessive energy consumption.
Exposed to hard water, installations become unusable, appliances malfunction, and product quality declines. To prevent these damages, Ca and Mg minerals in the water are removed using ion-exchange systems. The fully automatic device automatically performs the necessary backwash and regeneration processes at specific times and/or flow rates, adhering to a pre-set program, without any human intervention.
FULLY AUTOMATIC TIME CONTROLLED (SINGLE TYPE) SOFTENING SYSTEM
Its working principle is a timed system with automation valves that can perform only one regeneration in a maximum of 24 hours.
FULLY AUTOMATIC VOLUMETRIC TYPE (FLOW CONTROLLED) SOFTENING SYSTEM
Volumetric type softening systems measure the amount of water passing through the meter on the device and subject it to a pre-programmed regeneration process.
Once the resin reaches saturation, it undergoes regeneration with brine at a controlled flow rate. When selecting a system, the total water flow rate to be treated is first determined.
FULLY AUTOMATIC DUPLEX (TANDEM TYPE) SOFTENING SYSTEM
The most important advantage of tandem type devices compared to single type devices is that during the regeneration of one tank, transfer is made to the other tank, thus ensuring uninterrupted soft water production.
In these systems that operate depending on the flow rate, if water passes through the tank at the set flow rate, that tank stops producing soft water for regeneration, the second tank comes into play and there is no interruption.
