FILTRATION SYSTEMS

SAND FILTRATION SYSTEM

Turbidity is the pollution caused by undissolved suspended solids (sediment, sand, mud, etc.) in water. These substances cause blockages in machinery and installations and increase energy consumption. Filtration is the process of removing suspended solids. Trapping particles also protects subsequent equipment.

Equipped with fully automatic control systems, the device automatically performs the necessary backwashing at certain times, without human intervention, adhering to the program given at the beginning.

CARBON FILTRATION SYSTEM

Substances found in water, such as turbidity, color, odor, taste, chlorine and chlorine compounds, detergents, petroleum industry waste, and asbestos, are primarily harmful to human health and render water undrinkable and unusable. The compounds that cause discoloration and odors in water are organic substances.

The high probability of microbial growth in the presence of organic matter makes the amount of organic matter important. The adsorption properties of activated carbon are used to remove these harmful substances from water.

 Equipped with fully automatic control systems, the device automatically performs the necessary backwashing at specific times, adhering to a pre-set program, without any human intervention. Chlorine, which is present in free form in your water and causes unpleasant odors, is removed by an activated carbon layer.

IRON - MANGANESE - ARSENIC REMOVAL

Using a mineral specifically activated for iron and manganese, water is purified from iron and manganese through oxidation/filtration methods. This prevents discoloration and cloudiness caused by iron and manganese, stains on laundry, fabrics, and porcelain items, shrinkage of water pipe walls, proliferation of iron bacteria in pipes, contamination of water, and deterioration of plumbing components.

Iron and manganese minerals, passing through the mineral bed at the appropriate filtration rate through automatic iron-manganese filters, are oxidized and then precipitated. Iron and manganese minerals precipitated between the mineral layers are removed from the system through an automatic backwash process without human intervention. Automation is provided by automation valves such as Fleck, Siata, and Autotrol, while PLC or mechanical panel systems are used as alternatives for high flow rates.

In iron-manganese-arsenic systems, the filtration velocity should be reduced to 10 m/h or less. Adsorption is only possible at this speed.

DOLAMIT SYSTEMS

The Dolomite Filter Unit passes low-pH product water through the dolomite unit, increasing the calcium, magnesium, and carbonate levels in the water. This process facilitates remineralization. All models are manually controlled.
